We are currently seeking a Sr. Director, Client Relationship Management Proxy Solutions to join our Non-Listed Issuer (NLI) dynamic team. In this role, you will lead 2-3 client-facing professionals who will manage proxy campaigns and focus on proactive outreach to build relationships with new and existing clients. You will oversee all campaign-related activities for defined major accounts and as an escalation point for any complex accounts, as necessary. This role is hybrid, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, allowing for meaningful work-life integration. Responsibilities: Qualifications : Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000 Annual Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
