Manager, Technical Product Manager

Job description

Leads a team responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap for a technical product or products, demonstrating a understanding of the product(s) and associated business areas. Products often have cross-divisional implications. This role sits at the heart of PiTech’s developer ecosystem. You’ll lead teams that shape how engineers build, ship, and scale software, reducing friction, modernizing pipelines, and creating a developer experience. Responsibilities: Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. Develops strong partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
