Job description

Impact As a Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial, located in Minneapolis, MN, San Francisco, CA, or Birmingham, AL, you will support and scale our commercial legal function. You will be responsible for leading complex transactions, supporting procurement operations, managing contract lifecycle workflows, and advising on third-party risk, data use, and vendor governance. This is a key legal role supporting high-growth operational teams including Growth, Procurement, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Product, and Operations. You’ll partner cross-functionally to negotiate strategic deals, design scalable legal workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor on contracting best practices. While no two days are the same, you will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including retail partner agreements, SaaS, technology, logistics, advertising agency agreements, and professional services agreements. You will serve as legal lead for procurement and vendor contracting strategy, including onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing vendor management.
