Maintains consistency between team members when administering these functions. - A Front-End Manager ensures our team members are continually communicated with and properly trained regarding all related functions of their job responsibilities as: Proper handling of guest checks, over-rings, refunds, WIC, Absolute Card, security issues, cash handling, guest services, price changes, location of store products, produce codes, etc. - Is aware of Ad items, special prices, coupon deals or other features that apply to the store’s sales program.
