OUR ROLE: We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across Manufacturing Services, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), and CapEx categories. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost optimization, supplier performance, operational continuity, and long-term value creation. You will act as a key partner to manufacturing, engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with production needs and investment priorities. This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and reports to our Global Sourcing Director Travel will be expected at a level of 10-20 days a year.
