Position Overview: The primary role of the Dutch Bros Accounting Specialist is to track and reconcile day-to-day sales and transactions for company-owned operations. A great deal of the responsibilities lies in ensuring timely and accurate entries, as well as having a particular dedication to detail so that awareness can be brought to any potential discrepancies. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting, or 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems Strong attention to detail: Strong understanding of logical statements and advanced mathematical calculations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude Location Requirement: This role is located in Tempe, Arizona.
