Operations Manager

Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the safety, quality, cost, production, and employee engagement for the Ridgeview facility in Duncan, SC. This position is accountable for a multi-shift operation and plays an integral role in the establishment of a strong and sustainable safety culture. This role must demonstrate leadership across department boundaries to safely produce a quality product, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining safety, environmental, and policy compliance. This role has responsibility for all areas of production at our manufacturing facility.
