Negotiate terms and conditions in alignment with company policies and coordinate with Procurement for contract finalization and execution. Manage supplier claims and commercial escalations to ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation. Drive commercial sourcing activities, including cost analysis, benchmarking, negotiation preparation, and total cost modeling.
