Electrical Engineer

Job description

Description The Electrical Engineer will contribute to the design and development of complex electronic power systems for the defense industry, including power converters, inverters, voltage regulators, and power distribution units. Candidates must be interested in analog electronics, creative, self-motivated, and able to apply their knowledge to solve challenging technical problems. Our team is responsible for developing designs for a variety of advanced systems including missiles, radars, aircraft, launchers, etc. Engineers will troubleshoot electronics, perform system and circuit-level analysis, develop and maintain technical documentation, support failure investigations, and collaborate closely with lead project engineers on product development. - Work with cross-functional teams on new product development and internal R&D activities. - Review applicable military and industry requirements, specifications, and standards as design inputs to prepare electrical circuit schematics for power converters, filters, and logic circuits. - Design transformers and inductors. - Complete printed wiring board placements and routing. - Select parts per requirements, working from a wide variety...
