Benefits: This position will begin with a (90) day training period before stepping into the full benefits (including salary) and responsibilities associated with the General Manager role. During these (90) days, the candidate will be referred to as the General Manager in Training (GMIT) and hiring into the position is contingent on performance during this training period. We are looking to hire two candidates for this role and during this training period and after, this GMIT will be relocated to one of the following bakery locations: Kennesaw or Roswell.
