Trainer assistant Location: Houston, TX 77064 Shifts: 1st- 06am-2pm 2nd- 2pm-10pm We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Manufacturing Trainer to support employee orientation, and ongoing training within our manufacturing facility. This role will work closely with Production, Safety and Quality teams to ensure employees are properly trained on company policies, safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of groups, presenting PowerPoint training materials, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions - Present training materials using PowerPoint and other visual aids - Train employees on manufacturing processes, safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards - Partner with Production, Safety and Quality teams to support workforce training needs - Assist with tracking employee training records and attendance - Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and hands-on training - Help ensure employees understand and follow GMP, safety, and quality requirements - Observe employees on...
