About the role: Join Ipsos Karian & Box as Client Advisory Director and lead commercial growth for a specialist employee‑experience practice serving FTSE100 and market‑leading clients. You’ll be a visible senior leader on the IK&B Executive team, owning key client relationships, driving retention and new business, and shaping service‑line strategy. Day‑to‑day you’ll lead senior client meetings and pitches, develop compelling proposals and executive/board presentations, coach delivery teams, and convert market intelligence into differentiated commercial offers. You’ll also lead external webinars and events, drawing on and contributing to our thought leadership and partner with marketing to amplify our positioning.
