This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their flooring needs are met with high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Installation of Hardwood Flooring: Accurately install various types of hardwood flooring according to project specifications and design plans. Preparation of Installation Site: Prepare and clean the installation area, ensuring the subfloor is level and ready for installation. Measuring and Cutting: Measure, cut, and shape hardwood planks as needed to fit the designated space, paying attention to detail and ensuring minimal wastage. Finishing and Sealing: Apply finishes and sealants (where required) to the hardwood flooring for protection and longevity.
