The CIH Franchise Brands Event Specialist executes a portfolio of events while working closely with and reports to a Sr. Manager, Events. This position supports the strategy, planning and delivery of experiential events for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Coldwell Banker Realty, Compass, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, and ERA Real Estate. This is an in-office position and will be seated in our Madison NJ office. Responsibilities include: Support event activities for industry events including pre-planning and onsite delivery. Working closely and in collaboration with event and brand leadership to drive all event strategies through management of detailed project plans, program of events and budget guidelines. Execution of contracts for event vendors including payment submission. Logistics management of external vendors ensuring best quality, consistency, and execution of brand image. Support and assist registration processes before and during all events.
