Requisition Number: R-22417 Facility: LOC0028 - 30 Reservoir Park Drive30 Reservoir Park Drive Rockland, MA 02370 Department Name: SSH Lab Home Draw Status: Part time Budgeted Hours: 0 Shift: Day/Eve Rotation (United States of America) Under the direction of the Supervisor and Director, will organize and coordinate the daily operation of the Phlebotomy Services. Also supervises outpatient and off–site drawing stations. Will perform phlebotomy functions and non–technical duties. Supervises the staff of Phlebotomy Services. Compensation Pay Range: $21.46 - $28.89 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Performs phlebotomy (venipuncture, fingerstick, and heelstick) according to established procedure of South Shore Health & Educational Corporation. a. Performs venipuncture using correct technique and with minimal discomfort to the patient. b. Performs fingerstick procedures with correct technique and when unable to obtain specimen by venipuncture. c. Performs heelstick on babies with correct technique. 2.
