We are Looking for: The Optician plays a vital role in our Eye Care Team by helping patients select and fit eyewear, interpreting prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists, and ensuring a positive patient experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others see clearly. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on prescriptions, lifestyle, and preferences - Take precise measurements for pupillary distance (PD), segment height, and frame adjustments - Place orders for lenses and frames, and follow up on timely delivery - Adjust, repair, and fit eyewear upon patient pickup - Educate patients on proper eyewear use and care - Maintain inventory and display of frames and accessories - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and CL...
