This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Toledo, Ohio plant on a full-time basis. Must be willing to work weekends. This position may offer relocation assistance. The Role: Work is technical in nature with decisions made within the limits of general practices, policies, and standards. Work is performed in a manufacturing plant where creativity and initiative are exercised as well as independent judgment. Work involves the need to troubleshoot issues and support problem solving practices. Ability to analyze data to support cost reductions and tool life improvements. Ability to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision is a must. Must have the ability to work across multiple functions, training others, and assign work to a small group of employees.
