Overview Starting Rate: $23.50/hour: *1,500 Sign-On Bonus* (available to external applicants only) We are seeking a compassionate and deeply empathetic Family Partner to join our Enduring Connections pilot program. This innovative initiative offers sustained, flexible, and relationship-centered support to individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges - particularly those who have not benefited from traditional clinical interventions or who may feel disconnected from institutional systems. As a Family Partner, you will walk alongside families with patience and respect, helping to rebuild trust, foster connection, and create new pathways forward grounded in shared experience. This is a primarily in-person, community-based role, requiring flexibility to meet families where they are—both geographically and in terms of scheduling needs.
