Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Power BI Developer to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise Power BI solutions: design scalable semantic models, governed datasets, and enterprise reporting frameworks. - Define advanced data modeling and transformation approaches using Power Query, DAX, and dimensional modeling best practices to ensure performance and reusability. - Oversee data integration from SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, data warehouses, APIs, and cloud sources; implement incremental refresh, aggregations, and row‑level security. - Establish visualization standards for effective data storytelling, accessibility, and UX while ensuring governance, lineage, and compliance. - Partner with executive stakeholders to standardize KPIs, formalize business logic, and translate strategic objectives into sustainable reports and dashboards. - Implement testing, deployment pipelines, version control, and lifecycle management for Power BI artifacts; monitor dataset performance and resolve refresh/capacity issues. - Maintain documentation of models, calculat...
