Job description

The Assistant Group Home Manager is responsible for the direct care and daily operations of the group home as well as the implementation of programs and scheduling of employees in the home. This position requires the applicant to have experience working with Traumatic Brain Injuries. Client Supervision and Care: - Review weekly client progress notes and submit them to manager for final approval. - Maintain a file of all client scripts and perform clerical duties that include: photocopying, scanning, and faxing. - Processes new scripts and follows through with delivery, documenting on MAR. - Monitors vital sign and blood sugar flow sheets. - Reviews Bi-weekly payroll for employees against the schedule and maintains documentation on the server. - Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner. - Provide assistance and support to management and other staff. - Reinforcement of staff effectiveness regarding tardiness, documentation, and following behavioral programs, activity schedules, and job descriptions. - Document clients’ behaviors and incidents in daily progress notes according to documentation policies. - Facilitate and oversee clients’ goals developed...
