Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Business Operations, the Manager serves as the primary architect for the organization's governance forums and operating model. This role requires deep organizational navigation and knowledge to curate and manage leadership digital command centers, strategic lookaheads, business partner and supplier engagement management, and key initiatives such as Ford Horizon. The Manager ensures that the "connective tissue" of the global supply chain is robust, documented, digital, and modernized to support the Ford+ transformation. What you'll do...
