As Senior Manager, Financial Crime Surveillance, you’ll lead multiple specialist teams within our Institutional banking including transaction monitoring, unusual matter reporting, customer risk decisioning, correspondent banking due diligence, and our Singapore transaction monitoring and screening team. This permanent role offers a hybrid working arrangement and can be based in Parramatta, Adelaide, Melbourne or Singapore. You’ll focus on creating strong risk outcomes while supporting your people to do their best work. That means setting clear direction, improving processes, embedding regulatory expectations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
