HR Intern

Job description

As a Talent Team Intern, you’ll be part of the team that helps make that happen. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a people-first organization supports its team members from the moment they apply through onboarding and beyond. With guidance from our Talent team, you’ll gain exposure to recruiting, HR operations, onboarding, and HR systems, while contributing to meaningful work that supports our culture and values. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Recruiting or the SVP of People and collaborate closely with teammates across the Talent Team (HR) and the business. What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll support day-to-day Talent team activities while building foundational HR and recruiting skills: - Provide administrative support across Talent initiatives, including onboarding and benefits-related tasks - Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, always prioritizing a positive and respectful candidate experience - Partner with the Daxko Culture Committee to help plan events and activities that engage and connect team members - Support administrative needs for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee - Contribute to intern p...
