Division : People & Organisation (P&O) Role Purpose: The Communication Business Partner for the Technology Organisation is responsible for the strategic leadership and groupwide coordination of the execution of all communications activities within the Technology Organisation and its subdivisions. The role also encompasses overall responsibility for and coordination of internal and external communications, including employer branding, and social media for the Krakow office. By ensuring alignment with Euroclear Group’s communication strategy, the position drives consistent messaging, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of Krakow as a centre of excellence and an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: - Coordination of Communicators within Technology Division: Lead and coordinate the team of communicators within the Technology Division and its subdivisions, fostering collaboration and an effective, unified & consistent approach to all communication activities in line with the Group Strategy.
