About the Role DNV’s HR Applications Competence Center is responsible for a broad global portfolio of HR solutions, including Oracle Fusion HCM , Seertech iLearning Plus , and several supporting HR process and data management services. As DNV continues strengthening its digital HR ecosystem, we are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to drive end‑to‑end solution design, ensure application coherence, and support the evolution of our HR technology roadmap. This is a key expert role positioned at the intersection of HR, IT architecture, cloud services, and global process design , working closely with HR leaders, IT delivery teams, and enterprise architecture specialists.
