Department: 34100 South Metro A - Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full time home health LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, to support the Advocate Health at Home South East team. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Rotating holiday schedule of 2 holidays per calendar year. Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 LPN - HOME HEALTH: LOCATION: SOUTHEAST CITY: HOURS: DAYS, M-F, 8-5p, Rotating holiday schedule of 2 holidays per calendar year. This position is eligible for a $5000.00 sign on bonus. You must be employed in the exact position at time of payout.
