Supervisor Production (3rd Shift)

Job description

Supervisor, Manufacturing, 3rd shift Exton, PA: Sunday-Thursday 10pm - 6:30am. (Will train on 1st shift for 2 months Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the manufacturing of new and existing products according to pre-determined operations in accordance with agreed planning, yield, production-cost and quality consistent with SHE requirements. You will drive the end-to-end materials conversion process which includes cost of production (especially usage and yield), quality of product, timely delivery and production to plan.
