The Room Runner is responsible for expediting the food line, garnishing dishes, and delivering orders to Guests using established seating arrangement procedures. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2. Maintain the food line area with condiments, soups, soup spoons, rice, sauces, and other garnishes. 3. Responsible for restocking all items during and at the end of the shift. 4. Maintain proper sanitation buckets in station. 5. Inspect cleanliness and presentation of completed dishes. 6.
