Overview Post Title: Surgical Business Lead Post Status: Permanent Contract Departments: Location: Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9 Reports to: Directorate Business Manager Salary: Appointment will be made on Grade VII salary scale €60,613 to €78,795 LSI Hours of work: Full-Time 35 Hrs per week Closing Date: 12 noon on 16th April 2026 Please note the hospital reserves the right to close the competition early should a substantial number of applications be received. Interview Date: To be confirmed Position Summary: The Surgical Directorate Business Lead, will act as an operations manager supporting and reporting to, the Directorate Business Manager. The successful candidate will build structures/processes to support the management of waiting lists, support the development of effective patient pathways for scheduled and unscheduled care across the directorate and be responsible for the management of Directorate staff.
