Your day may include diagnosing engine or hydraulic issues, completing preventative maintenance, repairing tractors or harvesting equipment, or troubleshooting integrated technology systems. Some repairs are straightforward, while others require problem-solving, technical expertise, and teamwork. You’ll work in a professional shop environment with support from experienced leaders and technicians while continuing to build your own skills through training and hands-on experience.
