Scope The Engineer of Distinction is recognized as a technical expert in structural building design, both inside and outside of the firm. Individuals in this position focus on the strategic implementation of team initiatives that center around technical expertise, quality, and innovation to ensure positive outcomes. The primary responsibilities of this position include leading quality control, innovation, and technical training efforts within the team and IMEG. They also will be responsible for establishing and maintaining their status as a visible expert both within IMEG and within the consulting industry and enhancing IMEGs positioning with clients through recognized technical expertise.
