City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift: Rotating Overview: Sentara is hiring a Supply Chain Associate III in Suffolk, Virginia This is a Full-Time, Rotating Shift opportunity with GREAT Benefits!!! The Supply Chain Logistics Associate III is responsible for the supply management function in the designated assigned areas. Responsible for maintaining close communication with the Clinical & Supply Chain Leadership, Colleagues, and other staff regarding supply related topics. These topics may be involved, but are not limited to Back Orders, Limited Supplies, Product Changes, Recalls and Conversions. Ability to support the department independently and in collaboration with other support staff. Inventory Management: - Manage inventory balances across the designated areas. - Ability to understand the logistical requirements to meet demand during an ever-changing global supply chain and possess the flexibility to pivot a plan at a moment's notice. - Responsible for the ordering, storage, inventory, and distribution of supplies in the assigned areas.
