Job Summary: The Batcher supports the daily operations of the concrete plant by helping coordinate production activities and keeping workflows organized and efficient. This role works closely with on‑site teams to assist with scheduling, batching, and general plant operations to ensure safe, accurate, and reliable production. It’s a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced construction environment where strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail contribute directly to smooth plant performance and consistent delivery for customers.
