Multi skilled technician (Electrical Bias) Department: Engineering: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Bourne TBR: Description: We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to join the team at Enva Plastics in Bourne . In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs across plant equipment and site facilities. Your focus will be to minimise downtime, improve asset reliability, and maintain a safe working environment for all. This is a shift-based role covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required in line with business needs.
