The University Appeals Administrator investigates appeals submitted for an exception within the University Policy Handbook. Location: Main Campus, 33rd and Camelback What you will do: Communicate with Deans, Faculty, and Staff regarding University policies. Ensure protection of student records in accordance with FERPA. Compile and analyze metrics to improve University policies and processes. Research and investigate student appeals, and other issues, as related to University policies. Mediate the Appeal Decision Board to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. Facilitate the decisions to ensure appeals are resolved within the 15-day timeline per the University Policy Handbook.
