Job Summary: The Risk and Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the operations and financial management of two captive insurance companies. This position is responsible for comprehensive risk analysis, financial reporting, and strategic support for the captive insurance program. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex financial landscapes while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessments for the captive insurance companies. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators, risk exposures, and financial performance. Assist in developing and maintaining underwriting guidelines and risk assessment methodologies. Support the actuarial process by analyzing claims data and challenging actuarial reports. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including family office leadership and operating company representatives, to understand and address risk management needs.
