Munster Administrative Building 757 45th St Munster, Indiana 46321 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), to lead a group of 130+ Advanced Practice Providers with an opportunity to practice part-time. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership, program creation, education/training experience and personnel management. This role represents the APP’s on the Leadership Council, and will assist with the development and execution of mentorship training and retention plans. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have preferred 10 years of clinical experience, but not required, and five years of leadership, with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
