Instructor ( Job Number: 39686 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz: Department: School of Medicine/Pharmacology: Job Title: Instructor: Position #00846859 – Requisition #39686: Job Summary: The Department of Pharmacology is seeking applicants for full-time Instructor to carry out cutting-edge Down syndrome research in the laboratory of Dr. Joaquin Espinosa, with the ultimate goal of significantly improving the quality of life of individuals living with trisomy 21. Key Responsibilities: Design, carry-out and supervise the execution of experimental procedures. Hire, train, and manage junior team members on proper laboratory operations. Provide guidance and support to junior team members in data management, analysis, visualization, and interpretation. Apply biological expertise to interpret results and extract meaningful conclusions to serve the mission of the Crnic Institute. Lead, as well as support, writing of manuscripts, abstracts, reports, and other publications.
