JOB DESCRIPTION: About the Role The Head of Product and Experiences (Digital Solutions) is the senior leader responsible for defining product vision, shaping the operating model, and driving execution across digital products and connected experiences. This role owns the strategic “why” and “what,” while providing the technical leadership and product judgment needed to guide the “how” through a team of Product leaders and Technical Product Owners. This role is intended for a product leader with strong technical credibility, prior hands-on software development experience, and a builder mindset. The ideal candidate combines startup-style speed, ownership, and pragmatism with the ability to scale teams, products, and delivery in a complex cross-functional environment.
