Job Purpose: Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining buildings, equipment, grounds keeping, and repair services. Duties: - Secures building and occupants by maintaining alarm and fire protection devices. - Keeps equipment operational, ensures systems and building are ready for use by completing preventive maintenance and janitorial schedules, maintains records, follows policies and procedures, completes repairs and installs replacement parts, reports needed changes. - Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter from walkways and parking lot, cleaning pool area, painting, mowing, and cleaning surrounding landscape areas. - Completes special requests by hauling files and boxes, moving furniture, setting up furnishings, preparing rooms for meetings, assem...
