Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits Admin team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Health and Benefits Admin team main objectives are related to ensure the operational management with the Insurance Company. It is focused on making inclusions, exclusions and data changes, verify and reconcile the billing and support the claims processes, including the support of a Clinical Consultant, manage the employee benefits and provide support. As an Administrative Assistant you’ll be supporting the business of Health and Benefits through an operational point of view, understand all Mercer benefits solutions and become a more complete professional. You will be given the opportunity to get to know different clients and realities, becoming a trusted advisor.
