At Ayvens we have an opening for a Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services As our new Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services , you will ensure structure, transparency, and predictable delivery across our Leasing Services digital product portfolio. You will oversee delivery progress, capacity, dependencies, and performance, enabling informed decision-making for business and technology stakeholders. You will also optimize resource allocation, promote Agile and ITIL practices, coordinate onshore/offshore teams and vendor partners, and act as people manager for part of the engineering team. Your responsibilities include: Ensure visibility on delivery progress, alignment on priorities, and support Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ways of working Monitor team capacity and support optimal resource allocation Support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management) Coordinate delivery with offshore/nearshore partners and ensure KPIs/SLA adherence Align with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Platfo...
