Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview: The Project Manager will be a part of the BrightSpring EPMO and will work on special Information Technology related projects to evaluate Company's current Information Technology systems, structure, processes and practices, and improve and implement changes to increase efficiency and allow us to provide better service to our customers. Using quantitative and qualitative measurements, this position analyzes data in order to evaluate the effect of the changes and to ensure anticipated outcomes are achieved Responsibilities: - Plans, directs, and coordinates team(s) activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage and plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project• Leads the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plans• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources, and project risk• Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of talent and additional resources to meet project needs and requirement...
