What You Will Do We’re hiring a SMT Quality Engineer to be the primary quality owner for Meadowbrook’s SMT manufacturing line. This role is plant-based and reports to the Meadowbrook Quality Manager within the Electronics Manufacturing business unit. You’ll be hands-on in solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow, AOI, and test processes, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 and automotive OEM customer requirements while driving defect prevention and launch readiness. About the Group: The Meadowbrook Quality team ensures robust quality performance across UCAP and related electronic assemblies. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the group plays a critical role in the electronics supply chain by embedding workmanship standards, maintaining compliance to customer-specific requirements, and supporting new program launches. This position is pivotal in connecting plant-floor execution with the broader commitment to safety-critical electronics and customer satisfaction.
