Finance Manager – Operations Glanbia Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey The Opportunity: The Finance Manager is a strategic finance leader and trusted business partner on the DN Supply Chain Finance leadership team. This role leads cost of manufacture and labor payroll planning across the DN sites, including Idaho Cheese/Dairy, Colostrum, Pacmoore, and Grains, directing periodic outlooks, forecasts, annual budgets, as well as long-range strategic plans. This role manages overheads reviews, consolidated reporting and performance analysis to provide clear guidance to senior executives, while fostering collaboration across finance and operations teams in multiple locations across the US. The role also ensure compliance, champions process improvements, and develops talent through coaching and mentorship, strengthening DN’s operational and financial performance in support of strategic business objectives.
