Job Summary: The 3PL Distribution Manager Lx ensures that inventory is accurately managed and distributed in a compliant, timely, and efficient manner in support of a high ‑ end luxury cosmetics business. This role supports a fast ‑ paced e ‑ commerce operating model, with a high volume of small ‑ parcel B2C shipments alongside B2B customer fulfillment, where execution quality directly impacts brand perception and customer experience.
