I. Job Summary As a member of the WM HR organization. The Advisor, HR is tasked with providing tactical, responsive Human Resources support to a high-volume contact center within the Customer Experience organization. The position serves as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for employee relations issues and human resources policies and processes. The HR advisor will champion, demonstrate and uphold WM Commitments & Values to foster an environment of trust, and employee engagement for a diverse workforce. This role acts as a strategic partner to management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with employment laws. We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and provide dedicated support to our Corporate Customer Experience (Customer Service) organization. This is a primarily remote, individual contributor role and will serve as the primary HR point of contact for approximately 500 remote Customer Service Agents supporting operations across the Central and Eastern time zones.
