Job Title: Production Support Tech – POS Device Cleaning About the Role: A Production Support Tech is responsible for quality control inspection and for replacing PSTI to clean and screen returned Clover devices that come back to Fiserv from existing clients who have called the Clover call center and reported problems with their devices. This associate will triage, screen test, and clean and pack all Clover devices received.
