About the Initiative Within the Innovation Institute at MassTech, we design and advance strategic initiatives that strengthen Massachusetts’ technology and innovation economy. We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to support our newest state offering: TechGeneration Residential Internship Program. Conceived as a high-impact, community-based residential internship experience, TechGeneration will bring together 100 top-tier collegiate students participating in technology internships across Greater Boston. The program combines subsidized shared housing with a curated, 12-week schedule of cross-disciplinary programming, industry exposure, and cohort-building experiences. By immersing interns in both the professional and social fabric of the Commonwealth’s innovation ecosystem, the program is designed to strengthen peer networks, deepen regional ties, and position Massachusetts as the premier location for students to launch and grow their tech careers.
