ABOUT THE ROLE…: The Email Marketing Associate is responsible for the development and execution of email, SMS and other targeted retention campaigns using our email deployment and internal workflow systems. This responsibility will be across multiple business units and the individual must be a logical thinker who is able to multi-task and works well under pressure and deadlines. This person must understand our target audience and be able to perform a thorough analysis of the results with the ability to plan future campaigns based on results. This role coordinates with internal IT teams, merchandising professionals, design team members, customer service, fulfillment, and internal marketing team to create efficient and profitable marketing strategies to drive overall improvements in customer retention. This person will have impeccable attention to detail, be able to perform independently, and adhere to deadlines.
